CANCELLATION POLICY

At Beauty Bar & Lab, we value your time and strive to provide the best service experience. To ensure smooth operations and respect for both our clients and staff, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Appointment Cancellations Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service price. No-Show Policy If a client does not show up for their appointment and does not provide notice, they will be considered a “No-Show” and charged 100% of the service cost. After two no-shows, clients may be required to prepay for future appointments. Late Arrivals If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate the next client, but the full service price will still apply. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, their appointment may be canceled and subject to the 50% cancellation fee. Deposit Policy The non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain appointments. This amount will go toward the total service cost. If the appointment is canceled before the 24-hour window, the deposit can be transferred to a future booking. Emergency Considerations We understand that emergencies happen! If a true emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate.
